Built by a Realtor, for Realtors.
After eight years as a real estate agent in Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene, our founder Cory Hyatt knows what listings actually need to sell. Clean compositions. Color-true editing. A delivery schedule that respects the listing cycle, not the photographer's schedule.
CameraWorks Media is the studio he wished he'd had on the brokerage side: small, fast, honest, and obsessive about the quality that puts an offer in your inbox before the open house ends.
Four Disciplines. One Studio.
- 01
Photography
MLS-ready stills tuned for the listing cycle. Window-pull HDR blends, color-true wood and stone tones, careful composition. Interior, exterior, and detail coverage.
- 02
Videography
Cinematic 60–90 second walkthroughs plus vertical cuts for social. Stabilized, music-bedded, MLS- and reel-ready.
- 03
Drone
FAA Part 107 aerial stills and video. Lot lines, neighborhood context, roof condition, and the elevated angles you can't reach from a tripod.
- 04
Virtual
Twilight edits, virtual staging, and item removal. Show the property at its best — even mid-day, even mid-renovation.
A Draft Gallery. Real work soon.
Client Review Placeholders.
Cory turned my photos around by 9am the next day. The twilight set practically sold the listing on its own. The smoothest media partner I've worked with in years.
Eight years of being on the listing side means he just gets it. He knew the angles I'd need before I asked. Zero hand-holding, zero retakes.
Drone shots that actually show the lot lines, video that doesn't feel like a screensaver, and stills that hold up at print resolution. The whole package.
Six custom builds in and the quality has never dropped. The aerials give my listings the kind of presentation usually reserved for magazine covers — and the turnaround keeps pace with my schedule, not the other way around.
The Things People Ask.
Anything not covered here? Drop us a line — we reply within one business day.
-
Who do you work with?
Realtors, brokers, builders, investors, and homeowners selling on their own. If a listing needs photography, video, or aerials, we can help.
-
How long is a typical shoot?
Most homes are on-site for 45–90 minutes depending on square footage and what's included. Add an hour for twilight, and another hour for video coverage.
-
What's your turnaround?
Photos land in your inbox the next business day. Video, drone, and virtual staging follow within 24–48 hours. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
-
What happens if the weather is bad?
Interior stills go ahead regardless. For exterior, twilight, and drone work, we reschedule the affected portion at no charge.
-
What's virtual staging?
For vacant rooms, we digitally add furniture so buyers can picture the space lived in. We also offer item removal (for clutter or personal items) and twilight edits.
-
How should I prep the home?
Lights on, blinds half-open, kitchen counters cleared, beds made, toys and personal items put away, pets out for the visit. We send a full checklist after booking.
-
How are files delivered?
A private gallery link that's yours to download from, share with your team, and forward to your buyer. No watermarks, no expiration.
